Start Your Journey
1. The Patient Symptom Survey
This is the starting point of our Functional Wellness program. The patient symptom survey, or PSS, is a comprehensive health questionnaire that takes ALL aspects of your health into account. All of the information collected from the PSS is used dynamically as part of the analysis process to uncover the root cause of disease. You're not just filling out paperwork, you are refining your health journey at Hill Functional Wellness!

2. Establish the Foundation

The next step is to test. We utilize standardized blood and hair lab testing, but dynamic analysis that takes it to a new level. This allows you the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of what is going on "beneath the surface". Our baseline blood and hair panel consists of over 100 health markers that give perspective on the underlying function of your body - both good and not-so-good.

3. Create a Personalized Plan
The beauty of going through Functional Wellness testing is that it takes the guesswork out of getting healthier. After your lab results come in, we put them through a dynamic analysis process that prioritizes prevention through dietary and lifestyle change. This will address any potential nutrient deficiencies and/or toxic burden, and a specific supplement regimen will also be formulated to address these deficiencies and toxicities. No more guessing - all recommendations are tailored to your specific needs.

4. Set You Up For (Long-Term) Success
As you make changes to your overall health, not only will you notice changes in the way that you feel, but your lab numbers will reflect a better state of functional health. By retesting occasionally, you can make sure you are continuously guided by what is most important - your TRUE health status.

Here's the truth: for most people, pain arises because they haven't cared for their bodies correctly. Often for a VERY long time. So in order to truly address the issue, the best approach to take is to first learn about why things got to where they are, and then execute a treatment plan that addresses those underlying problems. Dr. Hill will help you gain this perspective.
One of the things that our patients love the most about Hill Functional Wellness is that we are not the kind of office that recommends loads of care over long periods of time. If we know that most pain is a result of poor habits, part of the "treatment" process is correcting these habits. We take pride in working toward putting ourselves out of a job by helping our patients learn how to become independent. Doing daily stretches and/or rehab that is specific to each patient's needs is the way to accomplish this.
